Thank you to our fabulous team of educators at Burwood Brickworks in Melbourne. Through increasingly stringent lockdown measures they have epitomised what we admire in all our staff across all of our early learning centres.

Outdoor learning in nature is an important tool for child development in so many ways. It enhances health, learning and behaviour by supporting exploration, personal and social development and the kids love it!

Our Bush Kinder program is offered to all ages weekly (please note the day changes weekly to ensure all children have the opportunity to participate.)

This week at Port Coogee we have been learning about reconciliation. After watching a story read by Aboriginal Actor - Trevor Jamieson we managed to capture an image of their interpretation of this years theme " In this Together".

Thank you for coming to commemorate ANZAC Day with us at Insight Early Learning Throsby this morning. In line with current social distancing restrictions we held an 'Over the Fence' Anzac ceremony with families attending on the parkland behind our centre.

We are proud to have a very large Defence community here at Little Flyers and invited our beautiful families to attend an event to mark Anzac Day. We thought it was a perfect way for the children to interact with such an influential part of our community and history.

We had a great RAINBOW day with all the children and staff joining in to spread joy as part of the Australia Rainbow Trails mission.

Wings are on, instruments and play equipment are ready for installation. We can't wait to see our children's imaginations take flight.

Our new home in Melbourne, at the Burwood Brickworks shopping centre, is truly beautiful. Built to the highest standards of sustainability, Burwood Brickworks will be the first shopping centre to attain "Living Building Challenge" accreditation, and we are proud to have been part of that journey.

Insight Early Learning's new centres at Port Coogee and Kelmscott are the first two services that we are operating under our new partnership with the Fremantle Dockers: "Freo Kids".

We're very excited to share with the community our new service in Throsby. It's a beautiful, bright, and inspiring space for learning.
